Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and improving quality control processes and standards, and constructing an efficient quality management system.

2. Thoroughly conduct product quality inspection and evaluation work, accurately analyze quality data, and provide crucial basis for product improvement.

3. Actively cooperate with R & D, production and other departments, and fully participate in the quality planning and control of new products to ensure the smooth launch of new products.

4. Properly handle customer quality complaints, quickly organize investigation and analysis, and efficiently formulate and implement solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and the company's reputation.

5. Regularly carry out supplier quality audits and evaluations, effectively promote the improvement of supplier quality, and ensure the stable and reliable quality of raw material supply.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in quality management, industrial engineering or related fields.

2. Have more than 5 years of working experience as a quality engineer and be familiar with the quality management system and processes in the manufacturing industry.

3. Proficient in using quality inspection tools and methods, and be able to skillfully apply quality statistical analysis software (such as Minitab, SPSS, etc.).

4. Possess strong problem-solving ability, communication and coordination ability and team spirit, excellent stress resistance, and be able to effectively deal with urgent tasks and complex situations.

5. Those with quality-related professional certificates (such as CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, etc.) are preferred.

Management Trainee
